After next Sunday which is Transfiguration Sunday or ‘Quinquagesima’, the season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday. This year, during the Ash Wednesday afternoon service we will mark your forehead with an ash heart, because Ash Wednesday is 14th February – St. Valentine’s Day. We should love each other as God has loved us.
During Lent from 21st February our Lent Lunch Series will begin. Meet for soup and conversation.

Changes to recycling law
The law regarding waste disposal is changing in April and will affect churches and church halls. The Church in Wales has produced a guidance note explaining your church’s legal requirements concerning the recycling of waste.
