Adfent yn parhau penwythnos yma gyda Gorymdaith Llusernau, Gwasanaeth Carolau a Chyngerdd yn Eglwys Santes Fair Betws-y-Coed – Y penwythnos diwethaf yn Nhrefriw gwelwyd sioe gyntaf ‘Dau ddyn a’u Sied’ a goleuo’r goeden. Cafodd Coeden Dolwyddelan hefyd ei goleuo i gyfeiliant ensemble Pres Penmachno. Adfent ar y gweill a’r Nadolig rownd y gornel. Yr wythnos hon hefyd yw’r cyfle olaf i weld gwaith celf Debbie Baxter. Bydd enillydd yr Ocsiwn yn cael ei gyhoeddi yn dilyn y Gwasanaeth Carolau nos Sul. Mae Stuart wedi bod yn ysgrifennu cerddi yn seiliedig ar y geiriau mae pobl wedi’u gadael mewn ymateb i’r gelfyddyd – gallwch ddarllen rhai ohonyn nhw yma.

Dear Friends Advent continues this weekend with the Lantern Parade, Carol Service and Concert St. Mary’s church Betws-y-Coed – Last weekend in Trefriw saw the first outing of ‘Two men and their Shed’ and the lighting of the tree. Dolwyddelan Tree was also lit to the accompaniment of Penmachno Brass ensemble. Advent is underway and Christmas around the corner. This week is also the last opportunity to see the artwork of Debbie Baxter. The Auction winner will be announced following the Carol Service on Sunday evening. Stuart has been writing poems based on the words people have left in response to the art – you can read some of them here.
